These General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) represent a legal agreement between you, either as an individual or as a representative of a legal entity (“Partner”), and Aayurja.

These T&Cs govern your access to and use of the products, services, and any other, and guidelines provided by Aayurja that reference these terms. Whether you are using Aayurja’s offerings independently or on behalf of an organisation, these T&Cs apply. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that:

• You have the authority to bind the Partner (if applicable) to these T&Cs;
• You have read, understood, and accepted the T&C;
• You agree to abide by the T&C.

Effective Date and Agreement Formation:

These T&Cs become effective as of the earliest of the following dates:

• When you sign any formal agreement with Aayurja that references these terms.
• When you provide electronic consent to the T&C through any medium.
• When you express intent to use Aayurja’s services through communication, including email, chat, or other forms of inquiry.
• When you make payments based on documents sent by Aayurja in response to your inquiries.
• Together with any specific agreements or contracts you enter into with Aayurja, these documents collectively form the “Agreement.”

1) Agreement to Terms

These T&Cs set the legal framework for your interaction with Aayurja’s website and services. By accessing or using the Aayurja website, you agree to comply with these terms.

You are responsible for all activities associated with your account, including the use of your screen name and password. You are also expected to protect the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Aayurja reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the website or services without prior notice.

2) Services Overview :

2.1 Overview:

Aayurja offers a range of organic farming products and services, including but not limited to organic produce sales, sustainable farming solutions, and polyhouse farming methods.

2.2 Eligibility:

By using Aayurja’s services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

2.3 Account Creation:

Certain features may require account registration. You must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality, and take responsibility for any actions conducted under your account.

3) Changes to T&C

Aayurja reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting or by notifying you through other methods. Continued use of the website after these changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

4) Payments

Aayurja accepts payments through credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods. We reserve the right to withdraw any payment method at any time without notice. Cancellations may incur a fee, and overdue payments may result in legal action.

5) Revisions, Upgrades/Add-ons, and Billing

Any requests for revisions or additional features that were not part of the original scope will incur additional charges and may affect the project timeline. Aayurja reserves the right to charge for any rework or misuse of requested changes.

6) Delivery

Product will be shipped in 24-48 hours of the order received and will be delivered within 7 days.

Aayurja’s project completion will occur in stages. Each stage requires sign-off and payment before proceeding to the next. Aayurja reserves the right to withhold final delivery until full payment is received.

7) Liability Restrictions

Aayurja will use reasonable skill in providing the service but does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of the website. We exclude any liability for damages, losses, or data breaches caused by third-party service failures.

8) Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared between Aayurja and the Partner is considered confidential. Both parties agree to use such information only for fulfilling obligations under the Agreement and to take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

9) Indemnification

The Partner agrees to defend and indemnify Aayurja against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Partner’s use of the services or breach of the Agreement. This includes reasonable legal fees incurred by Aayurja.

10) Termination

Aayurja reserves the right to terminate the Agreement or a user’s account if any terms are breached. The user may also terminate the agreement at any time.

11) Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Aayurja and the Partner, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

12) Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Indian law, with the courts of Haryana holding exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
